We’ve already heard a lot of rumours about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S and now we’ve got some new images of it, along with some of its features.
Apparently, the Galaxy Tab S measures 6 mm and weighs 465 grams, and in terms of design, it resembles the Galaxy S5 quite a bit. It has the same patterned texture of the S5 and the golden-coppery finish.
The Tab S tablet
The Tab S will have an AMOLED screen, with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, and an octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, backed by 3GB of RAM. On its back will be an 8-megapixel camera and in the front a 2.1 front-facing sensor. The tablet will have 32GB of built-in storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. It will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
New leaked photos of the Galaxy Tab S
The new leaked info also reveals that the Galaxy Tab S will come pre-installed with the remote PC app (you’ll be able to access your PC through tablet’s Wi-Fi or data connection) and that it will allow you to sync the tablet with your Galaxy S phone and let you take calls directly on your tablet.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S’s release date is scheduled for June 12 and it should become available for purchase by the end of this month.
