With the LG G3 and the HTC One M8 all but stealing the Galaxy S5’s thunder, Samsung Electronics seems to be focusing its energy on making the upcoming Galaxy Note 4 the best it can be. According to recent info, the handset might arrive with a flexible display and a metal casing.

Samsung’s design team is reportedly testing out various materials for the case, including steel, aluminium and magnesium, but certain rumours suggest that only the premium version of the Note 4 will come with a metal casing, while the regular one will sport a plastic casing.
Other Note 4 specs include a 5.7in display, a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a new 64-bit Exynos 5433 processor, 3GB or 4GB of RAM, and somewhere between 16GB and 64GB of built-in storage. We’ve also heard that the device might come with a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor instead of an Exynos one and that the phablet will sport a 12-megapixel camera with OIS.
The Galaxy Note 4 is expected to be revealed at IFA 2014 in September.
